Why is there a need for you to build landing pages when you can direct link? Isn’t 1000 people who sees your offers is definitely better than 1000 people who sees your landing page and only 100 of them click through to the offer.

No doubt direct linking is a good and simple way to profit and make money online. You don’t have to learn anything about html or optimization.

I’m not saying that direct linking is not a good method of making money online. It still works very well and a lot of my students and myself included are still profiting from direct linking.

Why Do You Need A Landing Page Then?

1) Landing Page Gives You A Higher Conversion Rate On Your Offer

People who click through to the offer from your landing page tends to convert more because your landing page has already ‘convinced’ them of the offer when they click on your Call to Action button. Therefore, this gives a much higher conversion rate.

2) Landing Page Gives You More Control

You cannot control the offer page because it is not owned by you. However, when you use landing page, your can control the amount of CTR you want for your landing page. If you wish to double your income, keep split testing your landing page until you can double the CTR of your landing page and your income automatically doubles.

3) Landing Pages Allows You To Target A Different Audience Group

I call this the ‘marketing angle’. Using direct linking, the banners that you use, the keywords that you bid on and the url that you are bidding for are very direct and limited.

For a credit report offer, your keywords would easily be credit score, credit report, free credit check etc and these keywords are extremely competitive and expensive. You are easily fighting with some big companies who have deep pockets to get direct leads and customers for themselves.

Having a landing page allows you to target a different market. create a landing page that says;

You job application may be rejected due to a low credit score. For a limited time, we are offering you a complimentary credit score check. Get your free credit score now!

Now your keyword targeting becomes people who are looking for a job and are worried that their job application will be rejected due to a low credit score and people want a free credit score check! Your marketing angle immediately changes and you can still get conversion for a credit report offer without having the direct competition of companies who bid on credit report keywords.

Below is just an example of how you can get someone looking for jobs to convert for a credit report offer. Think of the possibilities! There’s so many ideas and angle to this!

4) Landing Pages Gives You A Better ROI

With reduced competition due to a change in marketing angle, your cost will definitely be lower and thus giving you a higher ROI on your campaign.

With a better conversion on the offer when you use a landing page, your ROI becomes higher because your revenue is now better.

Just a quick post on why i have been trying my best to use landing page as much as i can even though its troublesome and time consuming.

You affiliate manager is your best friend and your greatest asset in the company. We all know that Internet marketing can be a very lonely and boring business if all you do is stay at home in your room, sit on your computer for 20 hours a day and grind. I have been in this business for 6 years and i definitely now how harmful that alone can be!

I realize now the differences between the winners and the losers in this CPA business, or in any other business, boils down to the mindset of the person.

From the way a person speaks, you can gauge the determination and how hungry he is for success. Through this 9 months of coaching people in this CPA business, i have seen many kinds of people and how their perspective of life and attitude towards wanting to change their lives.

Let’s now look at 3 types of conversation that a person has with me and we’ll determine what kind of individual he is and you’ll get my point.

Conversation #1

(Sorry for the bad broken English in the conversation.. This is how we speak in Singapore. This is the wiki definition of Singlish.. lol)

Anyway, the moment this person ask me about my training and coaching program, all he did was focusing on the negativity of things.

What if i buy the traffic and make losses. Won’t it be double negative?

All he was focusing on making losses on the business and then he would be very into the red and suffer huge losses. With a mindset like this, chances that he will become profitable and make profit is almost close to being 0. I don’t to waste my time training a student like that.

My reply to him was simple.

I do not want him to spend money on my training and yet not be ready to put in the hard work to make this business work. Especially when his mindset and focus is all wrong despite me trying to shift his thinking.

Let’s now look at conversation #2.

Conversation #2

On February 6th, this guy said he was envy about my student success and results and he wanted to become the same too. When he approached me, he already had that mentality and attitude of becoming a success story.

All he wanted was to pay me and be mentored by me with no questions asked. He knew exactly what he wanted. He wanted a mentor to guide him because he has been trying and failing and trying and failing and he didn’t know what went wrong.  With this mindset, he paid me straight away to be coached by me.

In just a short 2 months after he said he envy my students, he became the envy of everyone.

However, his ROI was low at just 26% and he mention to me that he didn’t have much credit limit on his credit card to keep spending like that. After applying the optimization strategy that i have given to him, one month later, he posted this in our Facebook mastermind support group (this group is private exclusively access for people under my training only)

He has managed to increase his ROI up from 26% to 90% in just 1 month. That means he is getting more value for every dollar that he spends online for advertising and his life has since changed. Even though he is still on his full time job as a software IT engineer, his CPA business runs for him automatically like clockwork and generates him sideline income of US$5-US$6k a month in nett profit! (That’s more than his full time job income actually)

Anyway, i want to congratulate him for hitting his first $10,000 revenue in 60 days and therefore, W4 has rewarded him a $1000 bonus visa debit card.

Let’s take a look at conversation #3.

Conversation #3

March 3rd 2013: i actually mistook her for a he and call her ‘bro’. So embarrassing. LOL.. Anyway, she was very skeptical about how this whole CPA business actually work and was very afraid that it is a scam. She has zero knowledge on CPA marketing and zero knowledge on what the hell is a hosting server or what CPVLAB really was. All she knows is that i am making a good chunk of profits online and she wish to find out more about what i do.

She had the right mindset and attitude because when faced with a problem, she didn’t go straight to ask me to explain to her what everything is all about. Instead, she went on to do her own research and due diligence on what CPA business really was and this to me, is vital when it comes to the mindset of CPA business.

There will be people who will ask you about all the questions that they want to have and when you explained to them, they got satisfied that they have all the answers they need and they just sit on the answers and forget about it the next day. (Have you met such a person before?)

When she came back to me with her research and due diligence done, she cleared her mind that this isn’t a scam and she was decisive in her action. There were no what if and no what if not for her. Its just a straight one way path.

“Okay, i’m in!”

This 3 words that she told me, have probably just changed her life completely.

2 months later, from a girl who doesn’t know what is a hosting server and was all skeptical about what this CPA business really was, she posted this in our Facebook mastermind support group

98% ROI and a nett profit of US$341 in a single day! (That would wok out to be more then $10,000 in nett profit in a month!)

Now that you have seen the 3 types of conversation, i’m sure you can distinctly tell who are the winners and who are the losers.

From the way a person speaks to me regarding my coaching program, i can see the type of mindset that he has and the chances of him succeeding in this business.

I want and absolutely LOVE to train students who believe in me completely and is motivated to work hard to change their current lifestyle because it makes it worthwhile!

The question is, what type of person are you and do you want to be a winner or a loser?

One of the great things about coaching and training people to become a super affiliate like myself in Singapore is the rewards of getting a referral income from the CPA network.

While some CPA network can offer u 2% of your referral total revenue, you can only earn them for the next 6 months to maximum a year. Hardly have i ever come across a CPA network that is willing to pay you lifetime referral income.

Getting referral income also means that my students are generating good revenue from their own business and therefore is another testimony for my training and coaching program.

W4 pays 1% lifetime referral bonus for all affiliates referred under you. and i’m proud to say that my students are all doing really well in this CPA business.

Why do i know that?

Last month, my students have generated for me a total referral income of US$2,396.85. Which means that all my students have generated a total revenue of US$239,685.00 in w4 alone for the month of April!

This is going to be passive and i’m hoping to get this up to $3000-$4000 per month by the end of 2013 and therefore i’ll need to help my students to earn as much as they can and teach them as much content as i know!

Good news often comes together and just a few days back, i receive 2 testimonial from my students who are doing really well in their CPA business.

The 2nd whatsapp image from my student is pretty impressive and its has only been one month since he joined my coaching program. He is a personal friend of mine and i could see that he is putting in a lot of effort to work on whatever i have taught him. Initially, he was very frustrated with no being able to find a winning campaign and he was losing money everyday. Of course, he complained and complained to me.

I told him that this is very normal when you are learning and in the testing campaign phase, just stick to the guidelines that i have given to him in the class and grind your way through. True enough, 1 month later, he is doing US$100 nett profit a day (US$3000 a month)  and he is still a student studying in a university!

Its good to see them taking action and putting what they have learn from me into good use. I guess the trick to them being able to put in a lot of effort is due to the fact that we are using paid traffic as our main traffic source and speed is the key factor.

When people are able to see results FAST, they are more motivated to put in more effort to magnify that result!

Definitely beats putting in effort day in and day out and not seeing any significant results that could change their life (free traffic sucks ;p)

To most people, traffic is the most difficult portion to generation wealth online. But to me, traffic is the easiest to get in and i guess that’s what makes all the differences.

By the way, since my previous post saying that i am conducting my last workshop for 2013, i have been receiving tons of emails asking me why and that i should not stop since its helping so many people to make real money online and they are finally seeing someone who is the real deal to step out and teach.

This made me really ponder about whether i should completely stop my coaching or not. Therefore, my next coaching program will probably start from the 2nd half of the year onwards.

After doing affiliate marketing for my 6th year now. The differences in time zone can really shag you out. Throughout these years, i have developed a really bad habit of sleeping late at night and waking up really early in the AFTERNOON and its really bad for your health.

While you are up in the afternoon, half of daylight has already gone by and in just a few more hours, the sun will set and the sky will turn dark again. Feels like a vampire zombie eh~

This is the problem that i see many affiliates in Asia face. They work late not because they want to, but because of the time zone differences.

For example, in Singapore, the time zone is GMT+8 whereas in Los Angles, the time zone is GMT-7. A huge 15 hours different in time.

When the network starts their day, its already 12am midnight in Singapore and when they end their day, its 10am in Singapore. So you don’t really have a choice but to stay awake and grind it out during that time because that’s the only time to get hold of your manager.

Folks who still hold their day job find it even more difficult to work on their CPA business because they cannot afford to stay up late due to work the next day. So many people fail to keep up with this time zone shagness.

Luckily, now there is a solution for everyone in Asia! Neverblue, one of the largest CPA network in the industry, has branched out to Asia and they now have a office in Hong Kong with Hong Kong affiliate managers!

Tine zone issue is not a problem anymore because Hong Kong operates on a GMT+8 time zone which is the same as Singapore.

So here’s the results of last week poll on the 4 different landing page and which one you think will convert the best.

As you can see,

• 50% of the people voted for landing page 8
• 28% voted for landing page 6
• 12% for landing page 7
• 11% for landing page 5

And here’s the result of the landing page CTR and conversion rate when run through ppv traffic.

I ran this campaign over PPV traffic over a period of time and i’m sure the results will shock you a lot.

So here’s the stats breakdown

• Landing Page 5: 14.8% CTR and 0.39% conversion rate
• Landing Page 6: 9.45% CTR and 0.26% conversion rate
• Landing page 7: 18.16% CTR and 0.4% conversion rate
• Landing page 8: 7.46% CTR and 0% conversion rate

So guess who is the winner?

Landing page 7 was the ultimate winner garnering a 18.16% CTR and a 0.4% conversion rate as compared to the rest. And who is the ultimate loser?

Its landing page 8. The one that most people voted will be the winner ended up as the ultimate loser.

The 2nd most voted landing page 6 with a 28% count, came in 2nd last with just a 9.45% CTR and a 0.26% conversion rate.

The differences in landing page 6 and landing page 7 is really just one sentence different. I merely took out 1 sentence and it increase my profit margin by 4 times!!!

Why 4x? When your landing page CTR doubles, and your conversion rate doubles, what you are getting as a end result in your profit margin is not double but actually 4x more! 2 x 2 = 4

Did the results shocked you? Are you convinced that what you think is better is usually 99% wrong?

So are you split testing your landing page and your back end offer?

If you think CPA offers are the only way you can make money from, then you could be leaving alot of money on the table. The fact is , there are so many more affiliate program that you can join that will make u more money.

In-house affiliate program are also good money makers but it just means that sometimes payment terms aint as flexible as cpa network. But nonetheless, still good money.

I have been promoting affiliate program outside of CPA network for some time now and i urge you to look beyond cpa network as well because it could mean higher payout sometimes and also better. I especially love promoting offers that gives out recurring payment because it means that i just have to make the sale once, and i repeatedly get paid over and over again every single month as a form of passive income.

Stuff that you can be promoting include the old clickbank, cj.com, shareasale, sell health, revenuewire, paydotcom etc.

Using paid traffic to physical products, digital products, cpa offers all works. Think out of the box!

It just boils down to optimization of your marketing campaign, finding the right channels that works best for your offer and split testing your landing pages and offer to find you the best ROI (return on investment).

In my next post, i will be talking about how you can optimize your campaign and giving you a simple case study of a campaign that i did and how i was able to double my profits and conversion using a few simple steps.

Learning traffic generation methods online works for almost anything on the internet . You can use it to promote affiliate programs, you can even use it to generate leads and sales for your own business and website. The possibilities and the ideas is basically limitless. You just have to be a little creative in your thinking and you could be on your way to creating a lifestyle for yourselves.

CPA marketing is a form of affiliate marketing model whereby you earn money when someone fills up a registration form or download a free game or submit request for a quotation from a loan company

The niches involve is almost unlimited.. You can promote any products in the world.

Only with CPA marketing, you can make money without having to sell anything online and that’s why it’s much easier to make alot of money usin g this system.

4) how much money can u make?

To be honest, it’s not how much money can you make. It’s how much money DO you want to make. The income potential is unlimited. There is no limit to how much money you can make. I have seen people doing $100,000 a day with this CPA business.

5) What is the startup cost required?

You can start from as little as $1000 in your bank.. That’s the amount that I had in my bank with I started this business.

To begin a business with unlimited upside income potential with just $1000 as capital, this is probably the best business in the world.

All you need is really just a laptop and a internet connection and you’ll be on your way
