If there are many adwords ads, its obviously that people are making money in that niche if not nobody would be paying money to list their sites there… Comparing the CPC of the niche keywords also helps in determining if the niche is profitable…
A niche with high CPC usually indicates lots of competitors and that’s why the CPC bids are so high… If people are willing to pay SO much for a click, the niche have better to be profitable… One place to look at the rough gauge of the CPC of a keyword is to www.KeywordSpy.com..
