I just confirmed with their staff and the withdrawal transaction fees is actually $2.15 + 2-3% of the withdrawal amount, which means if i were to withdraw $1000, i would have to pay $20-$30USD for that transaction and its way way too expensive. I only pay SGD$10 to clear my US check at Travelex. Simon,
