PPV traffic has become the biggest hype after the infamous Google slap on thousands and thousands of affiliates. Everyone seems to be jumping onto the bandwagon after guru has been saying how good PPV traffic is… Dirt cheap clicks, no QS bullshit, no ads writing, no landing pages required etc etc etc…
Indeed this is true… this is one of the beauty of PPV traffic.. Its much easier to dominate than Google Adwords… With that, this also means its much easier to lose ALOT of money with Google Adwords if you do not know what you are doing..
Its a fact that many people are jumping onto the PPV game.. especially after a guru product launch on PPV traffic, many a times, you’ll realize your bids being jacked up and your profit margin actually drops… I even had negative days (days when i was actually making a loss).. But i stuck on to PPV traffic as a long term traffic source because i know all these is only temporary…
i would bet that 90% of all newbies actually lost money in PPV traffic.. Even though the traffic is cheap, it doesn’t mean that you will make a lot of money if you do not understand what you are doing..
Things like bidding on huge list of irrelevant url/keywords and setting all bids to number 1, thinking that they will make money are all signs that you do not know what you are doing with this traffic sources.. Bidding the top position at number 1 doesn’t necessary mean that you are indeed number 1 with affiliate marketing… haha
The truth is, PPV traffic has existed for a long time and will still be for a even longer time… Just that probably more new PPV companies will emerge ( like DirectCPV) and we should also not neglect these companies.. Just like how Google came later and then became the search engine super power..
Competition will come and go and its the people who understands what they are doing that will be the final winner.. Keep learning, keep grinding, keep scaling…
