Updates On My Life

i guess it prolly time for some updates on my life since some of you might think i’m dead… haha (have not been actively posting for some time already)

School officially ends for me on the 26th April and i”ll have completed my 3 years degree! Glad i managed to pull this far and struggle between business and school… Though i din really do very well in school but at least i manage to graduate… though with no good grades… but its still something i reckon.. Better than quitting school anyway…

What’s next after graduation?

Its time to step out into the real world and start being serious about putting rice on the table everyday.. No more joking around with the intention that if i fail, i can still go find a job.. Its seems like getting a job is impossible to me now.. And i need to make sure this works… and last a lifetime for me…

I’m planning to rent a office with a few local full time affiliate marketers including Swee Wei, Andrew Wee and maybe Benjamin Tan.. The benefits of sharing office is so that we could split the cost of rental plus we could also motivate each other and mastermind with each other in our small groups. We are all full time affiliate marketers and some good ideas may just spark while talking to each other.. Working together also foster the chances and opportunity of joint venture into other form of business or simply into affiliate marketing…  Since Singapore is such a warm country and i need air con to work in the day time also, getting a office will solve the problem so i reckon that’s a good idea after all…

Next will be expansion of my current cleaning business.. Since this is a family business, i’m intending to expand it to do the family proud.. Getting more contracts from condos will be one of my main focus in this business… I’ll rope my brothers in to help me with the manpower allocation and internal logistics etc… That way i can have more time and effort going to source for more opportunities and contracts…

One of my friend Benjamin Tan, is finally tieing the knot this June with his gf/wife to be and i’m happy for him too… Ben has been a important person in my internet journey and we been through some good times and some shit times together… haha… For marriage, i’m planning to propose to soo chin either a year or 2 years later to start my own family.. But i need to focus on my career first though…

I’m still hesitant if i wanna diversify into the coaching area but i must admit that coaching is good money and its a very lucrative business. Nothing beats the joy of your students emailing you to thank you that they are finally making money online. Whether its big or small…  I might do a few more classes and see how it goes from here…

Income wise for me has been a little roller coaster ride…. But all in all, i’m still hitting my 5 figure income per month and this year till now, i am approaching the 6 figure mark (in SGD$) and i’m hoping i can do SGD$300,000 by the end of this year… Definitely need to diversify, expand and bank… Made some money from the stock market as well in Sinapore (about 3,000SGD) in about 2 months… not too shabby i think… But maybe i was just lucky… Intending to continue to dabble with shares for some nice bonus and spare change..

My plan of actions would include;

• PPV Traffic – my longest term traffic source and will still continue to be one of my main top earners
• PPC Traffic – i’m planning to get back into adwords after my exams ends…
• SEO Traffic – gonna try to focus on some evergreen niches yet competitive niches and aim for the long term rewards
• Media Buying – MUST TRY this since this is like one of the best traffic sources to scale u to 5 figure profit a day..

Guess that’s about all i have for now… 4.25am now… i can hear the birds chirping already… time for bed…
