Anyway just a word of advice, that is don't be over obsessed over the alexa ranking. I understand at the start seeing your alexa ranking will certainly boost your morale and serve as a form of motivation. No doubt abt that. I was also there before. But as time passes by, you should be more concentrated on providing the utmost value and increasing your conversions. Cos having a high alexa ranking does not neccessarily say much about your blog or earnings, as it may mean you spend tons of hours driving traffic. But we all know its impossible to sustain that over the long run. So work towards your content and the traffic will come naturally. SEO helps a great deal too. ;) Nonetheless, congrats on your improving alexa ranking! I'm sure you will be able to surpass mine soon. ;) P.S. Ivan, do smth abt your 'notify of follow up comments' plugin. Firstly, its displayed right at the bottom. Hence, people do not know they are subscribed to it. And you should uncheck it by default.
