Some Updates On My Life And Goals…

Its 5am in the morning now and i’m still not in bed. My body clock is totally screwed up.. I suppose that’s a bad point with having to manage your internet business and studying at the same time. What’s more, its exam period now and everyone is studying real hard for their exams, except me. Oh wells..

Well some updates on my life so far. My internet business has been doing fine and my income stays at a consistent level despite people complaining that the recession is affecting the Internet Business. I did not feel anything at all. Ok… maybe a whee bit on my Clickbank sales because they are coming in rather slowly this month. However, my CPA income has shot up by quite an amount and has already overtook my Clickbank income as of now for the month of Nov.

I always believe in writing out my goals so that i will be consistently reminded of my goals and this helps in motivating myself to work harder  

Right now i have a mini goal of buying my 1st property on my 24th birthday. Why 24? because in Singapore, the property crashes every 12 years (as proven by trends in histroy) and when i am 24 in 2010, the property market would crash and it would be the best time to enter into the property market and grab some really cheap deals going as much as 30-50% off. Its like a Great Singapore Property Sale once every 12 years. 

In order not to miss this golden opportunity, i have decided to start planning for it now and here’s my plan. i have 19 months as of 1st Dec 2008 to 5th June 2010 ( my birthday) to raise an estimate of SGD$300,000 in order to put a downpayment of S$200,000 for the property. 

I’ll need 15 months earning S$20,000 each month to hit $300,000 when i turn 24, which means that i have only 4 months from 1st Dec 2008 to double my income and bring it up to S$20,000 and make sure it stays up there. To do this i have to bring my revenue up to S$40,000 and looking at a 50% gross profit, then i’ll be able to make $20,000 a month

This would be a great challenge that i have set for myself but the fact that i am posing it on my blog for you to read show how serious and determined I am in achieving this goal. Wait me as i attempt to double my income to S$20,000 in 4 months.

No point saying i want to double my income and full stop. There has to be a concrete business plan of how you can go about achieving  your goals and i have structured out my plans for the next 4 months. Hopefully it can inspired you a little.  

1. Expand on my PPC to CPA affiliate offers. The reason why i am focusing more on CPA offers now is because of when there is recession, people are less likely to purchase something just to save that few bucks and would rather spend more time working to fill out offers and fulfilling requirements in order to get the free gifts. All the will be done while maintaining my Clickbank income which are all running on autopilot now. 
2. Work on a niche site. This is a new thing i am experiencing but i have rope in a very good friend cum partner to help me in managing this project. The reason why i am trying this out is definitely to get tons of free search engine traffic via SEO and earning 100% of any adsense revenue and affiliate commissions. I have a friend call Zalds who is a ‘guru’ when it comes to making niche site and monetizing these sites. He is now constantly getting 2000 – 2500 visitors a day to his site on complete autopilot and these people continue to make him money consistently ever month. 3. This is the last plan which i think will push my income into another level. I intend to expand my PPV traffic sources to more CPA network who accepts contextual advertising.  

Time flies. It’ll be one year i’m in PPC Marketing when i finish my
exams because that’s was the time when i first got started as well.  

There you have it… my 3 step business plan that i believe would propell me into the $20,000 region in the next 4 months. Am really excited about this mega project after my exams which ends on 25th Nov.
