CPA ( Cost per Action)Â offers is actually just buying traffic from major search engines such as Google, Yahoo and MSN and redirecting them to merchants where they will be asked to do a action.
The action can range from simple instruction like entering their email, zip code to doing a survey to paying for a trial to pruchasing a item.
