Having duplicate will not harm your account but it might affect the number of impressions that your orginal keywords might receive.

Next, you’ll want to filter out keywords and set your options according to what your main is. For myself, what i do is to search for strict keyword types and across campaign level to find duplicate keywords… Click on Find keywords and Wala…!
