I would suggest that for example to become successful super affiliate you are going to need to make sacrifices in other areas of your life, alternatively you could spend your evenings and weekends with friends and family and not run an online business. The real winners are people that can manage both, but that is not an easy thing to do! I'm still looking for that one myself :) Finding a good work/play balance I believe is one of the most challenging things people face when running their own business either part time or full time.
